This CD consists of music from great French films (primarily French; there is one film by an Italian director) shot in and around Paris and interpreted by various groups of musicians, the pieces separated by introductory spoken and musical comments from Sylvie Caspar, Philippe Truffaut and The Melody Four (Tony Coe, Steve Beresford and Lol Coxhill).
